We will discuss parameters and budget to develop a working plan to meet your needs. KBC will provide an agreement for preliminary and construction drawings.
Step 2
Preliminary Drawings
Initial preliminary drawings are drafted and presented for your review.
Step 3
Final Drawings & Specifications
The preliminary drawings are updated and finalized based on your feedback.
Step 4
Proposal
The construction project proposal is presented per drawings for approval.

We coordinate all phases of the design and construction from start to finish.
